Poly Parent News Content Submission

Submission Guidelines for Poly Parent News

Poly Parent News is Cal Poly's official newsletter designated to communicate information about university news, events, deadline reminders, and student success tips to parents and supporters of Cal Poly students. Poly Parent News is run by Parent and Family Programs and is published monthly during both the academic year and summer. The deadline for each monthly issue is the 10th of the month prior. (Ex. February newsletter content is due January 10th.)  Duplicate submissions may run a maximum of two times.

Due to length limitations and potential conflicting priorities, Parent and Family Programs cannot guarantee content will be featured in the desired month. Parent and Family Programs will evaluate all submissions and contact the submitter with any concerns. 

Please note: If edits to content are needed, Parent and Family Programs will contact submitter for final review and approval.
