SWACO Earth Day Survey

Thank you for your interest in completing the SWACO Earth Day Survey. The purpose of this survey is to collect as much information as possible regarding the existing waste and recycling programs for businesses throughout Franklin County, OH from the people involved in the process of managing those programs. This information will be used to create resources to support and improve the implementation of waste reduction and recycling practices.

This survey is comprised of 5 sections including your current waste practices, barriers to implementing practices and then a ranking of needed support resources.  The survey should take you about 15 minutes to complete.  The first 800 respondents to the SWACO Earth Day survey will receive a $5.00 E-Gift Card to either Amazon or Starbucks.

If you are not the person managing the waste and recycling programs for your facility, then please direct this survey to the person who is. We understand that there may be multiple people responsible at your facility and thus could receive multiple responses for the same facility.  If you have oversight for multiple facilities, please complete this survey with all facilities in mind.

The survey is written to cater whether you are a "Business" or "Mutli-Family" organization. Definitions are as follows: 

Business: Organizational entities that do not exclusively engage in the rental or management of residential real estate properties (Condos, Apartments, Senior Living, Townhomes). 

Multi-Family: Organizational entities that do exclusively engage in the rental or management of residential real estate properties (Condos, Apartments, Senior Living, Townhomes).
