Swim Meet Registration

Gates open at 5:30 PM, Warm-up starts at 6:00 PM, Meet starts at 6:30 PM

We will be racing in two 25-yard pools concurrently. In order to keep the meets as brief as possible. All meets will be pre-seeded (no deck entries allowed) and swimmers will be grouped as follows:

Pool #1 - Girls 10 years & Under + Boys 8 years & Under

Pool #2 - Girls 11 years & Over + Boys 8 years & Over

*100-yard races for 13+ are being switched to 50’s to keep meets short, everyone will race 25’s or 50’s during Summer League

*Optional 100-yard freestyle may be offered based on meet entries/timeline in Pool #2. 100’s will be deck seeded and the meet host reserves the right to cancel the event if it does not fit within the meet timeline.

We strongly encourage Swim Team members to attend Swim Meets! We believe that swimmers, especially early on in their swimming career, should find joy and success at every Swim Meet they attend. The amount of success a swimmer feels at a Swim Meet is directly correlated with their desire to attend future Swim Meets.

Baby Swim (I, II, III), Learn to Swim (Starfish, Seahorse, Dolphin, Seal, Stingray), Private Lessons, Semi-Private Lessons, Boot Camp, Olympic Development, and Adult Lessons (Beginner, Advanced) are NOT eligible for Swim Meets.

Swimmers must be currently enrolled at Gold Medal to register for Swim Meets, no exceptions. Swim Team 1, Swim Team 2, Swim Team, 3, and High School Prep members are eligible to participate in Spring, Summer, and Fall Swim Meets. Summer Swim Team members are eligible to participate in Summer (June and July) Swim Meets.

To register for a Swim Meet, submit the form on the following page BEFORE 11:59 PM ON WEDNESDAY night before the Swim Meet. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted. Registering at the time of the Swim Meet is not permitted.

A registration fee of $15.00 per swimmer, per meet is due at the time of registration. Payment instructions are included in the following pages of this form. A credit or debit card must be used to process payment. Swimmers may register for and compete in a maximum of four individual events per meet. At the Swim Meet, ribbons will be awarded to each heat.

Please note that upon submission of this Swim Meet registration form, you will receive an Automatic Reply email confirmation that your registration has been received. A payment receipt will also be included in the Automatic Reply email.

A meet confirmation email (titled SWIM MEET NEWS) will be sent the THURSDAY EVENING prior to the swim meet. The email will contain a link to view the list of confirmed swimmers for the meet. Please contact Jenn Stephens ASAP with any corrections. This will be the final opportunity to correct your meet entry.

To avoid confusion and to ensure forms are properly submitted, you will now be prompted to enter payment information before you enter student details.

Your registration is NOT COMPLETE until you click SUBMIT at the end of this form. If you enter payment information but do not click submit, your card will be charged but your registration will NOT be processed.
