ACE Award - Auto Care Career and Education Award (formerly the Head of the Class Award)
The Auto Care Career and Education (ACE) Award was created by the Auto Care Association’s Education Committee to recognize industry companies truly dedicated to investing in the growth of their employees’ knowledge and skills, and offering professional development and career opportunities. In front of the entire auto care industry, winning companies are identified as the ones who are doing it right when it comes to the important goal of retaining and enhancing their company talent. In addition, company representatives indicate the internal shift of their own employees being encouraged and exhibiting more company pride.
Three awards are given annually by company size:
Small: Under 100 Employees
Mid-size: 101 – 999 Employees
Large: Over 1000 Employees
WHAT YOUR COMPANY RECEIVES
- Your company will be invited to be recognized in person at the Auto Care Association Fall Leadership Days.
- A media kit with a photo of the award presentation and the award logo for your promotional use will be provided, along with an exclusive award pin for company staff to wear at AAPEX.
