Sylvania Township Police Community Input Survey
We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to complete this survey about crime and policing in Sylvania Township.  Lourdes University has collaborated with the Sylvania Township Police department to collect this information and analyze the results to report back to the community. This survey is designed to provide a current understanding of the perceptions and wishes of the community and to recognize if these attitudes are changing.  The results are used to enhance policing services and to direct the department as we strive to provide the most responsive, cost efficient and compassionate police services possible. 
Your answers are completely confidential and your identity will not be known.  Your participation in this survey is voluntary and there is no compensation to participate and choosing not to participate will in no way affect your relationship with Lourdes University. Your completion of this survey implies consent. The survey should take approximately 20-30 minutes. There are no known risks associated with this research.  Data will be stored on a password-protected database at Lourdes University. Paper surveys will be stored in a locked drawer, in a locked room, in the principal investigator’s office at Lourdes University.
