2017 Financial Leadership Forum- Call for Presentations

The Home-Based Care: Financial Leadership Forum, jointly sponsored by the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation (the Alliance) and the Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA), empowers financial leaders to navigate the ever-shifting payment landscape of home-based healthcare. The 2017 Forum will be held June 26-27 at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot. If you would like to be featured as a presenter, please submit a proposal by April 28, 2017.

We strongly urge you to submit presentations for consideration that relate to the topical listing, found in the Program Focus section of the Call for Presentations Overview.

Successful submissions will be completed through the survey following this page and will include thorough and accurate responses to each of the questions.
