Blitz Monitoring is an online service designed to increase your awareness and control over your online presence. The service takes a double pronged approach to achieve this by monitoring the web for sites that display your personal information and removing your information from those pages. The service also monitors the web for potentially negative information and provides you with options for removing or suppressing the negative content.
We're currently looking for testers to explore the product and service and to give feedback about design, functionality, bugs, and desired features. We'd like to keep the test running for a minimum of four weeks but testers who complete all surveys and who actively participate in the test may be invited to continue testing beyond that timeframe as we introduce new features. This test will consist of a typical end user experience. We ask that testers please log into the app at least once weekly and that you complete testing activities such as signing up for the service, navigating through the application, requesting removals, and updating settings and preferences. You do not need to be a computer expert to be a beta tester. All you need to do is to complete the activities to the best of your abilities and to honestly and candidly answer the questions asked. If you find a problem, or if something we've asked you to do is difficult, we want to know!
As a tester, you'll be asked to complete an online survey each week answering questions about your experience with the product, letting us know how you felt while using it, and telling us about any issues that you encountered.
All testers will receive free access to the software and subscription for the duration of the test.
