NHMRC Road Map 3 - Submit your feedback

We are seeking your input to help develop Road Map 3

The National Health Medical and Research Council (NHMRC) is currently developing Road Map 3: A strategic framework for improving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health through research (Road Map 3). Road Map 3 will set out NHMRC’s commitments to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health research and health researchers.

As part of this project, the NHMRC is hosting workshops across Australia to hear your thoughts and test insights gathered through the initial consultation stage.

The purpose of the workshops will be to:
  • Understand what has changed in the context of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health research since Road Map 1 and 2
  • Gain feedback on how Road Map 1 and 2 have impacted Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health research
  • Test and refine the objective for Road Map 3
  • Receive input on priority areas for Road Map 3
  • Generate insight on how NHMRC can continue to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander researchers and strengthen capacity across organisations conducting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health research.

If you are unable to attend the workshop, we would encourage you to submit your thoughts using this survey. If you are attending the workshops, you are also free to send through your thoughts in writing.

The survey is made up of 8 questions - please allow approximately 15-20 minutes to complete it. If you need to, you will be able to save your progress and return at a later stage.

This survey will remain open until 5pm on Wednesday 18 July.
