ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Questionnaire to assist you with your Estate Administration file opening:

Firstly we want to say we are sorry for your loss.  Though we are here for you in a legal way, our ultimate goal is to help to relieve some of the stress you are feeling as you are faced with your estate administration task while you inevitably grieve the loss of your family member or friend.  Regrettably some estate matters, such as life insurance claims and notifying the credit bureaus in particular, are time sensitive and will require your prompt attention.

Though we will need to collect additional information along the way, the details below will help us get your file started.  The more detail that you can provide in the answering of this questionnaire, the easier your administration task will eventually be.    We understand this process is difficult for you and we will be here to help you complete those sections that you are unable to complete on your own.

Please budget about one hour for your first appointment with our office, which you should book once the questionnaire below is completed to the best of your ability, and submitted to us.

We will be here to help along the way.

NOTE:  This survey was formatted to be completed by the Executor/trix or Administrator/trix of the Estate.  If you are not sure if you are the correct person to be completing this questionnaire, please contact us in advance of commencement.
