2017 Springs Studio for Academic Excellence Graduation Survey

Today is a big day! Graduating from high school is a major achievement and milestone. As your 2017 graduate of Springs Studio for Academic Excellence completes this important journey and prepares for new paths ahead, please take two or three minutes to provide some feedback.

A score of three or below is frankly unacceptable to us. It is apparent our educational programs and the learning experience for your child did not meet your expectation either. It is imperative that we understand where we fell short. Please let us know what area or areas need to be addressed immediately.

We haven't met your expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement in District 49, so your feedback in this area is valuable. We're hopeful that by giving a score in the 4-6 range, you are able to provide some clear direction as to what needs to be improved.

In District 49 our mission is to be the best choice. Your score of 7 or 8 tells us that we know we have room to grow to consistently become the best choice to learn. What needed to change in your graduate's experience to earn a 9 or 10?
