yourtown is the organisation that provides the Parentline service. From time to time we conduct surveys to help us understand whether the service is continuing to meet your needs, and to look at new ways of helping. If you have had contact with a Parentline counsellor in the last 6 months, we would appreciate it if you would be willing to take part in one of these surveys.

It should only take around 3 minutes. To get the most out of this survey, try to be as honest as you can when answering the questions.

This survey is being conducted by yourtown's Strategy & Research team and not Parentline. Please be assured that all of your answers will be kept confidential. The feedback we collect will be summarised in a report that will not identify individuals in any way.
