This questionnaire examines the claims service which brokers are receiving from their insurers in various distinct lines of business.
Your invaluable input, combined with that of your broking peers will be used to analyse the performance of each insurer listed, with the overall findings and insurer rankings to be published in Insurance Post this summer. Therefore do please provide all the honest grades and comments you can. This is your opportunity to give praise where praise is due and to put insurers straight on their claims teams' failings.
