Welcome to our Reliability Survey.

We want to hear your car ownership experiences – good, bad or otherwise – so that we can use the information to help us empower Britain’s car buyers to choose the best cars from the manufacturers and dealerships that provide the best service.

We’ve tried to make the survey as quick and simple as possible, so it could take as little as five minutes to complete. If you have more than one car, you can tell us about it too - just click on the 'add another car' option when you come to the end of the survey.

As an added incentive, everyone who completes the questionnaire will be entered into our prize draw for the chance to win £250.

To make filling out the survey as quick and easy as possible, it’ll help if you have your car’s V5 registration document and the last 12 months’ bills to hand.

Please note that your answers / feedback will be directly attributable to you – and that by filling in this form, you consent for your specific answers to be given to What Car? on an attributable basis.
