Welcome to the SWORTC Private Agency Caregiver and Preservice Registration Form!

This form is for individuals who fall OUTSIDE the training populations described in below. Individuals described below should complete their training registration using E-Track (the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program's online Learning Management System).

Caregiver Training offered by SWORTC is intended for the following individuals:

Public Child Serving Agency (PCSA) Caseworkers, Supervisors, Assessors, and Foster/Adoption Parents (OAC Rule 5101: 2-5-40 (R).

Private agency Preservice and Caregiver registrations are accepted on a space-available basis.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM SWORTC. Confirmations will be sent via email approximately 1 week before the training.
