Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing either by email at jvanveen@catie.ca or fax at 1-416-203-8284.

Refunds will be available until Friday, October 13, 2017 and will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00.

As of Saturday, October 14, 2017 no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Friday, November 10, 2017.

Accommodations

CATIE and Delta Toronto are pleased to offer a special rate of $199.00 plus applicable taxes and fees: 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). These taxes and fees are subject to change without notice. Rate is based on single/double occupancy per room, per night for event attendees.
