FFS- TOT Pre Assessment

Admittance to the Making a Difference! Training of Trainers (TOT) is based on your responses to this questionnaire. This training is very narrowly tailored to cover specific content on the Making a Difference intervention. This training will not focus on developing attendees’ basic training skills. Only trainers who sufficiently demonstrate that they possess the skills and background necessary to effectively deliver this level of training are appropriate candidates for this TOT.

Participants of TOT are expected to:
1.       Have working
knowledge of adult learning principles;
2.       Plan to train other adults on the selected evidence-based intervention (EBI);
3.       Possess facilitation and group management skills to train adults; and
4.       Possess working knowledge of and comfort with discussing human sexuality.

Depending on your background and skills, Healthy Teen Network will determine if you are eligible to attend the TOT. You will be notified in writing if you are eligible to attend the training within 3 business days of completion of the assessment.  Depending on your responses, we may request follow up communication to better understand your responses.

Exceptions may be made for prospective attendees who are developing their skill sets and can demonstrate they are receiving ongoing coaching and professional development. If this reflects your situation, be clear about your plans in your responses.
