Social media, smartphones, and other means of digital communication have changed the way we interact with one another and are creating new ways to help end homelessness. In this session, hear from Youth Futures of The Chicago Coalition for the Homeless who have developed technologies to support and connect those experiencing homelessness to vital resources and stable housing.

This 90 min session will provide attendees an overview of the StreetLight App - a unique mobile app created to provide housing and support service resources to those experiencing homelessness.  All are invited to this workshop particularly those in direct service staff, outreach, intake, and referral positions.
