Remember, weight loss isn't always necessarily an indicator of success, you might not be seeing huge changes in your weight but that doesn't mean good things aren't happening. Taking measurements can be a better indicator of true progress, not to mention the way you feel overall.
Hopefully your energy levels are increasing and your mood improving too. It's amazing how the right food can make us feel so good!
