JOIN US AS AN EVENT VOLUNTEER OR COMMUNITY/HEALTH VENDOR

It takes a village to support our students, and your involvement is welcomed in this effort. We anticipate 5,000 attendees at the event and welcome any available community volunteers or organizations. If you are interested in participating as a volunteer or community/health vendor, join us.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers must be available for both of the following dates:
(1) Saturday, September 22 from 9-10am or 11-12pm for mandatory volunteer training, and
(2) Saturday, September 29 during your selected time for the event.

COMMUNITY/HEALTH VENDORS

Vendors must be available for the event on:
Saturday, September 29 from 8am - 1pm.

I am volunteering for or participating in the Put Your Best Foot Forward Shoe Giveaway hosted by First African Methodist Episcopal Church, Oakland, CA (FAME), in partnership with Oracle Arena (Oracle) and the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum on September 29, 2018 at Oracle Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. By selecting agree, I release FAME, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., AEG Management Oakland, LLC, the City of Oakland, County of Alameda, Gray, Greer, Shelby and Vaughn, AEG Oakland Community Foundation and the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority, Golden State Warriors, Oakland Raiders, and Athletics Investment Group, LLC d.b.a the Oakland Athletics from any and all liability resulting from my participation and attendance at the above named event and agree to waive any and all claims for damages or losses against FAME, Oracle and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, which may arise from such activities. I do hereby voluntarily waive, release and forever discharge FAME, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., AEG Management Oakland, LLC, Gray, Greer, Shelby and Vaughn, AEG Oakland Community Foundation, the City of Oakland, County of Alameda, and the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority, Golden State Warriors, Oakland Raiders, and Athletics Investment Group, LLC d.b.a the Oakland Athletics, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, tenants, advertisers, sponsors, as well as each of their respective owners, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, executors, successors, assigns, and all others from any and all responsibilities or liability for injury or damages arising out of my participation/attendance at the September 29, 2018 Put Your Best Foot Forward Shoe Giveaway event. I freely give my consent and agree to this release form of responsibility and assumption of risk and waiver.
