Several schools in RBKC are taking part in a local scheme that gives every child the opportunity to have their height and weight measured by the school health service once a year. (Usually this is only done twice during their time at primary school in Reception and Year Six)
The Public Health Service is keen to find out what parents of children attending participating schools think about this scheme and invite them to complete this short survey to share their views and experiences. All information provided will be anonymised and kept confidential.
The survey will take under 10 minutes to complete and by completing the survey you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £20 ‘Love to Shop’ vouchers.
The deadline for completing the survey is Friday 28th July 2017.
