Oklahoma Rural Medication-Assisted Treatment Expansion Program Primary Care Staff Baseline Survey
Thank you for participating in the AHRQ-funded grant project to expand access to pharmacologic and psychosocial services for persons with opioid use disorder (OUD). This project supports rural primary care providers and their practices in adopting medication assisted treatment (MAT).
We would like to understand your perspectives about persons with OUD and using MAT. The information in this study will be used to evaluate the overall project to prepare providers to treat patients with opioid use disorder. Your identifying information will be removed from the survey data. You will not be identified in any publication from this study. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
This survey should be completed by all supporting staff (e.g., nurses, nursing assistants, receptionists, etc.) at practices participating in this project. There is a separate survey to be completed for primary care physicians.
