Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative is studying the feasibility of high-speed internet access, or “broadband,” with the help of Magellan Advisors. We want to know what you think!
We are surveying member households and organizations—businesses, institutions, non-profits, etc.—in the following areas to understand current and desired internet services:

  • Hickman County
  • Houston County
  • Humphreys County
  • Lewis County
  • Perry County

Complete this survey if you are responsible for choosing or paying for internet, telephone, and television services for a household or organization in any of these counties. If that is not you, please ask the person who is to complete the survey.

If you have high-speed internet access at home or work take this survey on a computer with a wired internet connection—not via Wi-Fi. For an organization, take the survey at your primary local location in the counties listed above.

If you do not have internet access at home or work, you may complete this survey from your mobile phone, the library, any internet connected computers, or you can get a paper version by contacting MLEC Member Services at 931-729-3558, your local MLEC office, or looking in August's issue of The Tennessee Magazine.

Please answer all questions to the best of your knowledge. Exact answers are not necessary. Estimates are fine. A good guess is better than a blank.

1. Are you completing this survey for a household or an organization? *This question is required.
2. Please provide your household or organization's primary local address so we can identify where broadband is available or needed. *This question is required.
3. Does the household or organization for which you are completing this survey currently have high-speed internet service, which is commonly referred to as "broadband"? *This question is required.
