Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.
Cancellation Terms:
- All Deposits for One Big Holiday are non-refundable.
If you cancel between July 25th - September 17th you will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid into your reservation beyond your non-refundable deposit and any add-ons purchased.
Beginning September 18th, My Morning Jacket One Big Holiday becomes non-refundable.
