CDBG Employment Services Survey

Heartland Alliance’s National Initiatives Team is seeking information about how the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding stream is being leveraged in your community to support employment services for low-income individuals. Your survey responses will support our efforts to better understand how the CDBG program is being utilized and shape our thinking about ways it might be improved to support access to employment and economic opportunity for low-income individuals. This survey is only for CDBG-funded employment service providers. Please feel free to share this survey with any CDBG employment services providers you know.
