1.कृपया इस फॉर्म को भरने से पहले DEE (डीईई) वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध ' Textbook distribution mechanism for classes 1-10 for the academic year 2018-19 (कक्षा १-१० के लिए पाठ्यपुस्तक वितरण व्यवस्था तंत्र, शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2018-19) ' पढ़ें। दस्तावेज़ देखने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें |

2. BPOs cum प्रिंसिपल अपने ब्लॉक में सभी स्कूलों से कक्षा 6-10 के लिए इस फॉर्म को भरने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं |  BEEOs अपने ब्लॉक में सभी विद्यालयों से कक्षा 1-5 के लिए फॉर्म भरने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं |
 BPOs cum principals are responsible to fill the form for classes 6-10 from all schools in their block and BEEOs are responsible to fill the form for classes 1-5 from all schools in their block

3.  फॉर्म भरने की समय सीमा 5 बजे बुधवार 20 सितंबर 2017 है। 
Deadline to fill the form is 5 pm,  Wednesday 20th September 2017.
