Regional Arts Victoria invites you to register an event at your local hall this November as part of our 2017 Home is Where the Hall is project.

Submissions are open until Thursday 30 November 2017. To register your event, complete the form below. If you have any questions, contact Regional Arts Victoria on 03 9644 1800.

This information will be used to collate promotional materials so please ensure it is as accurate at the time of submission.

PERMITS & INSURANCE

Your event may require specific permits. Please contact Local Laws at your Council Office to make the necessary enquiries. Holding current Public Liability insurance is also an important consideration if your organisation does not have an existing policy. If you don't already have Public Liability Insurance, you may want to partner with another group who can provide this coverage for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have all the appropriate permits & insurance. Unfortunately Regional Arts Victoria cannot be responsible for your event so it is really important that you understand that your are responsible for ensuring you have all the appropriate permits and insurance.

7. The Home is Where the Hall Is website now provides a directory of halls that people can use to organise events.

Would your hall committee like us to publish their contact details as part of our online directory to encourage people to contact them regarding organising events at their hall?

Please note that these images will be used for promotion of your event, and of the Home is Where the Hall is project. We understand that by providing these images to Regional Arts Victoria you have sought appropriate copyright and publishing approvals for this purpose.

Through our Connecting Places halls touring program Regional Arts Victoria works with Community Presenters across the state to present performing arts in town halls, mechanics institutes and other spaces managed by enthusiasts and volunteer arts workers.
