The Dallas County Purchasing Department values your opinion!

As the new Director of Purchasing for Dallas County, I want to personally hear from you on how well we currently meet your expectations.   Additionally, I am very interested in obtaining your feedback on areas you feel we can provide additional support.   

My expectations is to provide each client department excellent customer service, while driving the organization to an acquisition planning model.  An open, fair, transparent and efficient procurement process will be implemented to ensure we meet our core operational goals and meet all regulatory requirements.   Please help us improve our customer service by completing this survey.

When notified, Purchasing steps in and provides assistance with vendor compliance or performance issues.
