Upskilling/Reskilling in Shared Services Centers (SSCs)

Shared Services Centers (SSCs) / Global In-house Centers (GICs) have evolved as powerful value creators, driving innovation and catalyzing their parent enterprises’ priorities. However, the rapid advancement of the enterprise’s digital agenda is transforming the SSC delivery and operating model. Consequently, the skills and competencies required by SSCs to deliver services are also changing rapidly. will intensify with increasing automation in their existing services. SSCsSSCs face the dual risks of a large existing workforce with many skills that are likely tobecomeredundant, while struggling to find external talent with the skills required for the future. Upskilling/reskilling existing talent is an important lever for SSCs to address these challenges.
Everest Group in collaboration with industry partners is conducting a survey to understand the expected changes to skills/competencies needed for the future and how upskilling/reskilling can be an effective approach for SSCs to address these needs.The survey will require 15-20 minutes of your time. All survey participants will receive a summary of the findings. 
The information provided will remain confidential and will only be used in an aggregate form to determine perspectives and trends.
