Middle School Events Survey

 The NYCDOE is using this survey to update the Middle School Events Calendar to include Fall 2017 admissions events. The survey will ask you to describe your school's plan for:
  • Attendance at the District Middle School Fairs.  This is a wonderful opportunities for families to meet with you and your staff, as well as your student representatives while deciding which 12 programs to rank on their applications. 
  • Opportunities for families to visit your school. This will include information sessions or open houses for prospective applicants.
Starting in September, families will be able to access the information you provide in this survey on the DOE website.
