1:30 pm Challenge begins (immediately after the Helias Catholic Boys Soccer vs. Hannibal match)
and will be completed by 2:30pm
Contestants will receive free admission to the Helias Catholic vs. Hannibal match
Knights of Columbus Council-Level Soccer Challenge is a competition, open to all boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 14, to demonstrate their great soccer skill on penalty kicks. Each player takes 15 shots on goal from the penalty line (12 yards from the goal); there is no goalie. The sum of the points from these kicks is their score. See diagram below.
Winners of the Council-Level challenges advance to District and Diocesan levels competing for medals and trophies. The soccer challenge is free and open to all.

Goal is divided into five scoring zones. Each participant takes 15 penalty kicks. Points are based on the scoring zones through which the ball passes.
