Equipment Requirements:
Bring Your Own Bike: Wheel & Sprocket’s Training Hub encourages you to bring your bike in order to practice in your regular riding position. In addition to your bike, we suggest you bring bike shoes, pedals, padded bike shorts, nutrition for your Training Hub session, a water bottle, and a heart rate monitor if you have one. Bike trainers are provided as well as loaner heart rate monitors for those in need. Rental bikes are available for an additional fee.

Equipment Recommendations:
To make your Training Hub indoor riding experience more enjoyable we recommend an indoor cycling trainer specific tire, a rear wheel trainer quick release skewer and a Scosche heart rate monitor arm band.

Bike Parking:
Training Hub season long in-store bike parking is available for your convenience for $30 per 10 week session.
