This application is for Warrior Pilgrim applicants for the 2018 Warriors to Lourdes Pilgrimage co-sponsored by the Archdiocese for Military Services, USA and the Knights of Columbus. This application should be completed by non-wounded, non-ill or non-injured individuals serving on active duty, honorably discharged, separated or retired from the United State Military (post 9/11 era).
Please complete this application in its entirety and upload all attachments or send via email or mail no later than January 15, 2018. Incomplete applications cannot be considered.
Please note: Preference will be given to post 9/11 era warriors. Acceptance and full coverage for pre 9/11 era veterans will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Also note, that companions of non-wounded, non-ill or non-injured applicants must complete their own application.
