About this Survey:
ACBHS is working with Resource Development Associates (RDA) to assist in preparing and submitting Alpine County’s Five-Year Substance Abuse Prevention (SAP) Plan to the State of California to address the substance use disorder (alcohol or drug abuse) prevention needs and the mental health needs of Alpine County residents. These plans will demonstrate how ACBHS will enhance and/or add to the existing array of services over the next five years.
To accomplish this goal, ACBHS would like to better understand the behavioral health service needs of the people living and/or working in the community. Therefore, you have been invited to complete this very quick (13 questions) anonymous survey to share your experiences with behavioral health issues in the community, including how well current behavioral health needs are being met and what are the opportunities for improvement that can benefit the health and wellness of those living in the community.
