Effectiveness of Complementary and Alternative Methods for Treating Autism - A Parent Survey

Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey on the effectiveness of the CAM your child receives to treat symptoms of autism and/or co-occurring conditions. This research study is conducted as a part of a master thesis in communication disorders at North Carolina Central University. Your answers are anonymous - no identifying information will be collected. Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may refuse to participate, or may discontinue your participation at any time without penalty. The time required to complete the survey should not exceed 30 minutes. All responses must be received by February 21, 2011 to be included in the research assessment. The data collected may be used in publications or presentations.
