Thank you for your interest in participating with Michigan's Project for Supporting Positive School Climate. All 2018 applications must be submitted online by Friday, December 15, 2017 no later than 5:00 p.m. EST. Mailed, emailed, or faxed copies of the application will NOT be accepted.
You are encouraged to read the Application for Participation in its entirety before completing the application questions in this survey. The complete application document can be found on the
MIBLSI website.
Applications can be started, saved, and continued at a later time before officially submitting for review. This feature can be accessed at the top of all pages (after this introduction page) by clicking on the
Save and continue survey later link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. The system will then email you a link to use when you are ready to continue your application. IMPORTANT: Clicking "Next" saves your responses. If you click "Back" your responses on the current page will not be saved.
The online system lacks formatting options, which means that if you attempt to copy and paste text that has been formatted (bold or italicized text, bulleted lists, tables, etc.), those formats will not save. Please provide your responses using plain text only so reviewers will be able to appropriately score your responses. I
