Hawkamah in partnership with Diligent are conducting a survey to explore current board practices and corporate governance trends in the Middle East. We invite you to participate and share your insights and experiences as chairman, board member or a company secretary. We urge all companies whether family-owned, state-owned or listed to provide feedback on regional board practices through this survey so we can identify current practices, weaknesses and explore where further enhancement is needed.
The survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will naturally be treated anonymously and kept in confidence.
