Welcome to the newly founded National Center for Ease of Use of Community-Based Services! The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at University of Massachusetts Boston (UMB), funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, created this Center to address policy and best-practice strategies to improve the ease of community-based services for families of children with special health care needs.

The Center will:

  • Provide technical assistance to and support Title V directors and program coordinators
  • Develop and communicate successful models of community-based services to a range of stakeholders
  • Offer webinars and trainings on salient topics such as health information technology, partnership and coalition building, and innovative financing strategies
  • Assist with identifying resources and easy-to-use services for linguistic-minority communities

To help us address some of these goals, we need your feedback. Please answer the following questions. You can save and return to this poll at any time.
