Sales Manager Survey

At ABCI, we've learned that sales managers often have difficulty finding and onboarding great salespeople.

Because great sales skills in the aviation industry are absolutely vital to the industry  (and a great complement to great marketing, which is what we do!) we want to help.

We started with a survey of young industry professionals.  Now we'd like to hear from YOU.

Tell us about who you hire, and who you'd like to be able to hire, and what expectations you have for the skills and knowledge they bring with them and/or acquire in the first 90-120 days on the job!

To thank you for your time, respondents will receive one of our printed Aviation Marketing Calendars!   All respondents receive our overwhelming gratitude for doing your part to help improve sales skills across the industry!
