Placemaking Application

Placemaking Funding Application

Purpose: The primary intent of this program is to implement projects that have been identified in the Placemaking Power of 10 Training Exercises.



Eligibility: 
Non-profit organizations/municipalities that participated in the 2017 Placemaking training. If your organization is not already registered as a vendor with the State of Wyoming, request a Vendor Packet from the Wyoming Main Street Program.



Funds: Note: Placemaking proposals are only available to those communities that participated in Placemaking Training. Placemaking requests are for up to $5,000. Submit one application for each project. DO NOT combine projects. Total requests for one community should not exceed $5,000. Awards for more than $2,500 are subject to Attorney General's contract approval.



All grant awards are subject to the availability of funds and a minimum of 75 points must be reached for consideration. 



Match: A minimum 10% cash match is required for each project.



Due Date: Applications will be considered as they are received and while funding exists. 



Reporting based on the "public benefits and the impact" will be measured and is required.
