Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.
Cancellation Terms:
You will have 30 days from the initial Jam Cruise 17 lineup announcement to cancel your Pre-book and receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee). Beginning 31 days after the initial announcement, or upon booking, Jam Cruise 17 cancellation policy applies according to the Terms and Conditions.
