Housing associations and homelessness

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in the National Housing Federation’s work on homelessness.

This survey of members is designed to help us understand what associations do in relation to homelessness.

The survey consists of a maximum of 27 questions and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. When answering, please think about statutory homelessness, homelessness prevention and relief, and rough sleeping.

The survey will save your responses as you go, but if you close your browser before finishing the survey then your responses will not be saved for later completion. Please click submit at the end of the survey to ensure we have all your answers.

All results will be reported anonymously, though we do ask for contact name and organisation for administrative purposes.

Apart from administrative data, the questions are not compulsory, but the more information you provide, the better we will be able to shape our work in this area, including supporting your services and lobbying for changes on your behalf.

The survey is open until 09.30am on Monday, 5 February.

If you have any questions about the survey or would like a paper copy for reference, please contact Bekah Ryder, Senior Researcher on bekah.ryder@housing.org.uk or 020 7067 1074.

Thank you for your time. Your response is really important for informing our work.
