This survey seeks to learn more about the feelings associated with being a caregiver for an adult family member.
A caregiver is defined as someone who has a significant personal relationship with, and provides a broad range of assistance for a family member with a disabling condition without being paid for their hours worked. This may include living with, or separately from the person receiving care.
