Refund/Return Policy
Your item/order must be in its original, new condition (including the packaging) and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for all returns. Please re-package appropriately so that no damage will occur on route back to Casual Panache.

Refunds: We will process refunds within 5 business days once the item has been received. You will be refunded the cost of the product plus tax. If your order was eligible for free shipping, a fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover the original cost of shipping.
