W100 National Tracker NDA

Thank you for your interest in the World 100 Tracker.

Please fill out the information below and agree to the NDA in return for an exploratory view of a dummy version of the World 100 Tracker - dummy data but the real design.

An email containing the link and password to the World 100 Tracker dummy will be sent to the email you provide during this survey.

Nondisclosure Agreement

This Nondisclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between The World 100 Network ("Disclosing Party") and yourself ("Receiving Party") for the purposes of preventing the unauthorised disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below.

The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain propriety and confidential information ("Confidential Information") relating to the W100 Tracker.

For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which the Disclosing Party is engaged, specifically; the Infogram and the password.

The Receiving Party shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence and not share or disseminate the information other than for the purposes of decision-making on the W100 Tracker product with internal university colleagues. This information should not be shared with other universities. 

The Receiving Party agrees not to access the World 100 Reputation Tracker if they decide not to be a part of the tool, nor to send it to any third parties.

The Receiving Party agrees to destroy all electronic and printed copies of materials if they decide not to be part of the Tracker
