The SouthEast Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (SEATOA) is a non-profit corporation composed of individuals and organizations serving citizens in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. SEATOA has been serving local governments in the southeast for over 25 years as regional chapter of the National Association of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA). SEATOA assists with the development, regulation, and administration of voice, video, data communications, broadband, PEG operations, and information systems.
