WHO WE ARE:
The CUTonight Commission is a committee of the Student Assembly whose purpose is to provide event-oriented funding to student organizations for late-night programs at Cornell University.
WHAT WE DO:
The Commission funds at least 1 event per weekend for each of the 4 funding cycles per year. The amount of funding vary per semester and the Commission reserves the right to fund at a higher or lower level than expected.
OUR VISION:
CUTonight strives to provide the Cornell community with high caliber late-night events.
We fund events that share our mission of enhancing the Cornell social environment.
Such events:
- are innovative
- appeal to students’ diverse social interests
- offer variety to the selection of late-night entertainment available on weekend nights
- enhance the campus social environment
- serve a maximum number of students
- are collaborative ventures involving diverse organizations
