Co-Labs are an opportunity to learn from and with a group of educators beyond your school. You'll be supported along the way to ensure it is a worthwhile experience.
As a member of a Co-Lab, you will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of a challenge that is important to you and your students that is informed by diverse perspectives and research;
- Build relationships with other Massachusetts educators from different schools and feel connected to this great profession;
- Be empowered and supported to try something new in your classroom or school to improve your practice and students’ learning;
- Collect and share evidence of what is and is not working so we can all benefit and learn more together than we could alone.
