Are you involved in quantum research? Have you always wanted to try your hand at communicating cool science to broader audiences? Here’s your chance! As an entrant in the Quantum Matters™ Science Communication Competition, your challenge is to create a fabulous, jaw-dropping, 2-3 minute talk explaining a concept related to your area of research in quantum science or technology, and how it might matter to us in the future. Four finalists will be selected to perform before a live audience at the Museum of Science, Boston, during the NanoDays 2018 celebration on Saturday, April 7th 2018. Each finalist will receive: expert coaching, a cash award ($50-$250), a professionally-produced video, and other recognition.To enter the competition, fill out the application form below, including the link to the video of your talk,by midnight on MARCH 16, 2018. Finalists will be notified via email by March 24th. You will have 48 hours to confirm your participation in the finals at the Museum of Science Boston - so keep an eye on your email!
