Did you click on Forgot Password from the new Trucks Dealer Portal login page and get an email that looks like this?

Subject: Your profile has been updated.

  *This question is required.
This means that you do not have a unique email address set up on your profile.  To avoid this issue again, please contact your Dealer System Administrator at your dealership to update your email address to a unique one.  If you had a unique email address, you could use this feature and a new password would be sent to you.

Next Step:  Select the Support link instead from the Forgot Password page of the new Trucks Dealer Portal which will open a Chat window and an agent will reset your password for you.
