Thank you for your willingness to serve as a voluntary MTMC Mentor. MTMC is a monthly one-on-one and group mentoring program. It is designed specifically to prepare leaders for thriving in ministry utilizing ministry efficacy, community involvement, job satisfaction and vocational retention as measurement indicators. The program includes mentoring development workshops, career advice, a ministry fair, and events to prepare students for future success.
